How this list is made
Every row is a site on a council’s derelict sites register, kept under the Derelict Sites Act 1990. The order is the date the council entered the site on the register, oldest first. Years are whole years to today. A market value is shown only where the council’s register publishes one. We add nothing else: no owner names, no estimates.
