> Buildable finds development land in Dublin from public records: planning permissions running out or never started, derelict sites registers, council land disposals (s.183), stalled builds, the Residential Zoned Land Tax (RZLT) map and public land.

Covers the four Dublin councils: Dublin City, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal and South Dublin. Every fact links to the public record it came from, and each page says when it was last checked. Developer profiles name companies only, never people.
