How it works
- We find the land under the point: a site Buildable already tracks, or the Land Registry parcel.
- We read the development plan zoning, protected structures, monuments and flood mapping there.
- We test typical schemes (houses, duplexes, apartments) against the plan’s height and density rules and against permissions granted nearby, and show the range.
- Land values stay hidden until our model has been checked against enough real Dublin land sales. Until then, ask for a free review and a person will look.
