How it works
- Homes: we compare recent sales on the Property Price Register near the address, and a model of homes listed nearby, adjusted to what homes actually sold for.
- Land: we read the zoning and test typical schemes against the development plan’s height and density rules and against permissions granted nearby.
- A land figure only appears when our model passes every check. Until then you see the capacity and how many developers are active nearby.
- Nothing you type is stored unless you send the site to us.
