- Yes. A planning permission goes with the land, not the owner, so a buyer can build it, unless a condition ties it to a person (a local-needs condition, for example). A permission usually lasts five years from the grant.
- What if my permission is running out?
- A permission that expires before building starts is lost, and a new application is needed. You can see permissions running out in your area on Buildable's land pages.
- Is Buildable an estate agent?
