About Clonburris

Clonburris is a strategic development zone in South Dublin, between the Grand Canal and the Kildare railway line. Its planning scheme was approved in 2019; Seven Mills is Cairn Homes' name for its lands in the zone.

South Dublin has granted the scheme in tranches of several hundred homes since 2022, and a decision consistent with the scheme cannot be appealed (section 170(3) of the 2000 Act).
